Wide Belt Grinder
The 1000-series machines feature a sturdy and robust construction, making them suitable for heavy-duty applications. They are specifically designed to handle a wide range of applications, including deburring, dross removal, calibrating/dimensioning, edge radiusing, and finishing.
1. Machines built in widths from 13″ to 43″ and multiple head frames
2. Dual infeed and outfeed pinch rolls to ensure parts feed through machine properly
3. One- to three-head configurations with drum, brush, disc or combination drum/brush/disc heads
4. Machines built in both top and bottom configurations
5. Individual cam adjustment down to .001″ per head for accurate finishing
6. Air-loaded cylinder for automated belt tensioning
7. Automatic abrasive belt tracking to ensure proper belt alignment during operation
