The 1000-series of machines are built in a heavy duty construction with a smaller footprint designed to accommodate a job shop with various applications such as deburring, dross removal, calibrating/dimensioning, edge radiusing or finishing. This series of machine can be built in both top and bottom configurations.
1000 series machines are suitable for a wide range of applications, including but not limited to the following:
Machining: These machines are suitable for machining fields such as parts processing, machine manufacturing, mold making, etc. They can be used to remove burrs after processing, adjust dimensions, improve surface quality and other processes.
Metal parts processing: 1000 series machines can provide a variety of processing techniques for metal parts, including deburring, oxide layer removal, corner trimming, etc. This is essential to improve the accuracy and quality of parts and is suitable for various industries such as automotive manufacturing, aerospace, electronic equipment, etc.
It should be noted that these are just some common application areas. In fact, the application range of 1000 series machines is very wide and can be customized according to specific process needs.
1. Machines built in widths from 13″ to 43″ and multiple head frames
2. Dual infeed and outfeed pinch rolls to ensure parts feed through machine properly
3. One- to three-head configurations with drum, brush, disc or combination drum/brush/disc heads
4. Machines built in both top and bottom configurations
5. Individual cam adjustment down to .001″ per head for accurate finishing
6. Air-loaded cylinder for automated belt tensioning
