The 1000 Series machines are heavy-duty and compact, designed for job shops with a variety of application needs. They can handle tasks such as deburring, slag removal, alignment/sizing, edge chamfering and surface preparation. These machines can build both top and bottom structures to suit different preferences. They have a durable design that provides reliable and high-quality results
1. Machines built in widths from 13″ to 43″ and multiple head frames
2. Dual infeed and outfeed pinch rolls to ensure parts feed through machine properly
3. One- to three-head configurations with drum, brush, disc or combination drum/brush/disc heads
4. Machines built in both top and bottom configurations
5. Individual cam adjustment down to .001″ per head for accurate finishing
