Metal Deburring Machine

General

The belt and disc metal deburring machine is equipped with two deburring discs and two edge rounding discs. The discs oscillate continuously over the workpiece during throughfeed. The interaction of the rotation with the large oscillation stroke leads to high quality deburring and edge rounding results. Here are some areas to pay attention to:

Cleaning and Lubrication: Regularly clean various parts and surfaces of the disc edger to remove dust, metal shavings, and other impurities. Also, make sure your machine's moving parts and bearings are properly lubricated to reduce friction and wear.

Plate replacement and adjustment: Regularly check the platter for wear and replace as necessary. Make sure the platters are tightened and installed correctly to avoid unstable and uneven machining results.

Machine adjustment and calibration: Regularly check and adjust the vibration and rotation speed of the disc edger to ensure that it operates within the specified range. Calibrate your machine's control systems and sensors to maintain accurate machining results.

System Cleaning and Cooling: Keep the disc edger’s cooling system clean and regularly check the level and quality of the coolant. Make sure the cooling system is functioning properly to avoid overheating and damage.
